The villa is located in a protected part of Istria between Rovinj and Bale, in the unspoiled nature of the ornithological park Palud, in the area called Garzota (7 km from Rovinj, 7 km from Bale, 1.5 km from the beach). Rural path, which leads past the silent olive groves, cultivated red Istrian soil, wild meadows, sheep herds and lush trees, reflects the tranquility that you will find in our villa. At the very entrance to the 5000 m2 of fenced property awaits a mighty Istrian oak, which will escort you to the stone house. Self-sufficient provision with its own water source and solar systems for generating electricity and water heating, rounds up the complete harmony with nature.
