Up to 8 persons will be comfortably accommodated in:
(double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, wood flooring, glass doors with access to the garden (a part of the exit is grated with a screen against mosquitos), bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, towel rail, smaller window grated with a screen against mosquitos), fan.
Bedroom for 3 persons:
(double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, wood flooring, window (half of the window is latticed with a screen against mosquitos), glass doors with access to the garden, bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, towel rail, window (half of the window is latticed with a screen against mosquitos), fan.
Living room with a kitchen:
A large airy room with high wooden ceiling, part of the floor is wooden, while the other part
is made of terra cotta. Sufficient light is provided by 3 glazed exits to a covered terrace, two skylights and a window above the kitchen sink; all the windows have wooden shutters. 2 window have a screen against mosquitos installed. Wooden kitchen is equipped with a gas hob (4 hobs), pull-out extractor hood, ceramic double sink, dishwasher and a freestanding fridge with 3 freezer drawers. Classic cooker with an oven on solid fuel makes for a touch of familiarity, warming up the room during colder days. The room includes a large dining table with chairs and a cupboard. Sofa in the living part is suitable as a bed for 2 persons (160 x 200 cm). There is WIFI, satellite LCD TV and music player. Taking the steep wooden stairs you can ascend from the room to the gallery. Air cooling is provided by a big ceiling fan, and the room also includes a time-limited air conditioning. In case of lower temperatures a portable gas oven is available.

Stone-built barbeque: Here you can enjoy in specialties from the grill, firewood is provided. Beside the fireplace is a shelf with a stone sink. Next to the fireplace, under the mighty oaks, there is a stone table with two stone benches.
Swimming pool: Swimming pool filled with fresh water, measuring 3 x 6 m, surrounded by a terrace and Mediterranean vegetation.
Pavilion with a large bed: Wooden terrace by the pool passes toward the attractive wooden pavilion with a huge bed, which is called the 'nest'. It is ideal for enjoying and lazing in the sun or rain.
Fenced property: lavender, sage, thyme, 'gavre', jasmine, oleander, softly surround the villa. Meadow opens up the space and invites you to stroll among the mighty oaks, olive trees, to knead a spicy leave between your fingers, pick some aromatic rosemary, feel the fig ripening, absorb the fragrance of quince. Nearly a 100 trees offer shade and shelter for birds. Soft rustle of leaves in the evening mixes with the dull sounds of the waves brought by the wind. In addition to the birds, sometimes even frogs make themselves be heard, while during the day tireless bees and bumble bees fly among the flowers of gavers, together with dazzling butterflies with flashing colors. When deciding whether to plan your summer vacation in the Birds House keep in mind that people are only visitors in this natural setting and if you are bothered by a sand lizard sunbathing, or an ant diligently carrying spruce needles back to its home, maybe this vacation really isn't the best choice for you.
